DRONE... an uninventive title, for sure.

I did my usual... searched for names of astronomical objects, mythological deities, amongst other things, and failed to decide on anything. So, DRONE it is.

For DRONE I turned to my Eurorack modular system for all sounds, then used software effects within REAPER, mainly the rather excellent and overused ADAPTIVERB.

DRONE is a drone piece. I have refrained from adding any guitar or sequenced parts.

Track one is the entire sixty minute long drone. Due to the Bandcamp file size limit I have had to upload a FLAC version, which I have never done before, so I am unsure about how that will convert to MP3.

Tracks two to seven are the individual pieces that were used to create the complete piece. These have been uploaded as 24 bit WAV files.

I have also used the complete version of the drone as a background to a selection of flame fractal animations so, if that sort of thing grooves your truffles then here is the link for that,
